When someone loses a large amount of weight would they look unrecognizable?

I guess it kinda depends on how much you lose, but i was like 140 pounds, and then i lost about 20-something pounds and my face looks quite a bit different, my eyes and nose look a lot bigger, i got really prominent cheekbones and my face just had more shape instead of looking like a blob :) so i reckon, hypothetically, yes, your face would look very different if you were to lose 80 pounds.
