My daughter is suffering from three herniated discs in her neck. Are these new pains normal?

Her discs are c4-5, c5-6, c6-7. She has been having facial pain and numbness, neck pains and arm tingling. From what we have learned, these are normal. But recently she has been complaining of eye pains. She says the pain comes from the back of her eye or behind her eye. We aren't sure if this is normal or not though. Please help!
