What is this on my face? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I went to my Doctor to see what was on my chin and he said it was nothing bad that it looked like a rash or something or that i might be allergic to and he told me to stop using facial products so i stoped using my acne cleanser and stuff for a while but it still came back so i have no idea what it is it comes and goes it looks like 2 dark brown lines and it like starts at the bottom of my skin then comes up and it starts in like a circle once i get my camera back i will take some photos and put them up for you guys to see. Please Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
