I really want to go audit a clinic but..?

Please. You cannot live your life based on the poor behavior of some jerks. Ignore them. You have to do what you need to do for you. If you see them, be pleasant and courteous and keep walking. You have every right to be at the clinic so do what you need to do to learn for you.
