Open a website after a flash video has played? Dreamweaver CS3?

Im thinking but not sure but theoretically you could make a separate page with nothing on it in dreamweaver. Make your flash animation or whatever but make it somewhat smaller than the page itself. If the background of the animation is black then make the background of the page black so it blends in with the video. Then you could just add a button on the background portion of the page and link it to the home page. Im not sure if you can overlay a button over the video or even create one to fade in after the video plays.
