Is it a brain tumor? very scared?

for around 10 months i have been having severe sharp pains in head on a daily basis some days i may have 2 or 3 other days i have 15 to 20 i also have some facial pain and pressure they really hurt i had a mri 9 months ago all clear could it be a tumor or would the mri picked it up please help very scared thanks in advance
