Exporting or converting flash to mov?

I want to get a quicktime movie to flash flv format or importing a movie to flash and exporting it as an swf so I can upload it on deviantArt. On flash, I imported the quicktime video on flash and exported on swf, but for some reason, when it downloaded, it didn't work. Help?
