Would Bronzer or Blush Damage a 13-year-old's Skin?

I like the way bronzer and blush looks on the skin, but I'm worried that using facial makeup at this age will ruin my skin. Would nice quality blushes and bronzer harm young skin? I'd like to use Nars Laguna Bronzer. Thanks!
