What can i do to reduce facial swelling that is due to a toothache?

I have a tooth ache...my face is starting to sweel a bit in the right side of my nose. I know its due to the tooth ache i have, but i cant afford dental insurance at this time. what kind of home remedies can i do to reduce the sweeling until i can get to a dentist?
