Do men these days know that many women out there are not really women?

~ i saw this documentary about a guy he had a sex change but because of his facial features people can still tell that he's man. so now "she" had surgery on "her" face to make herself appear more feminine so they cut her jaw and made it appear more smaller and file down the supraorbital ridge. And after the surgery her face looked really feminine, you would swear that she was born a girl.~
