Best way to dye short, thin facial hair?

I'm 17, and while I can't grow a full beard by any means, I can grow facial hair - it's just that it's thin and not very dark. I'd like it to be darker, so I'm looking for the best way to dye it. What product should I use, providing my facial hair's quite short and thin? I don't want to end up dying my skin.
