How to get hair like this? Picture!?

easy all you have to do is wet/wash your hair then towel dry it then comb through your hair. then add hair gel i recommend the vo5 hair gel with the dark blue lid then blow dry your hair with cold air and scrunch your hair as you go. try doing this with your head upside down it creates nice volume!!! hope all goes well !!! sophie xoxoxo
