Does clinique really make my skin breakout before it get better?

i currently using clinique 3 step in mild facial soap,type 2 clarifying moisture lotion and dramatically different moisturizing gel.before i using clarifying moisture lotion 2,i was using clarifying lotion 2.but i my skin breakout so much and i just cant take it anymore,so i return it back and the sa recommend me to use clarifying moisture lotion instead of clarifying lotion.i thought i will never ever get any breakout after changing to cml,but iam still suffering from breakout.more and more pimple popping up on my forehead,cheek and chin.i just use the cl for 2 weeks,and the cml is also 2 week.i really need some help abt this,anyone?
